We offer several packages for the landscaping management Packages for regular maintenance
Weekly mowing ∙ Trimming ∙ Blowing of debris ∙ Sidewalk edging ∙ Irrigation check 2 times per year ∙ Seasonal fertilization 4 times per year ∙ Shearing of shrubs and small trees (up to 6 feet high) as needed
Includes Basic package plus ∙ Lawn fertilization- bi monthly ∙ Pre emergent application-February ∙ June & October (Includes lawn and ornamental areas) ∙ Turf aerification/ thatch removal - one per year ∙ Seasonal fertilization to trees & shrubs – 2 times per year ∙ Fungicide treatments 2 per year ∙ Insecticide treatment 2 per year ∙ Herbicide treatments 2 per year
Includes Basic and Advanced plus Seasonal fertilization to trees & shrubs – 4 times per year ∙ Fungicide treatments as needed ∙ Insecticide treatment as needed ∙ Herbicide treatments as needed∙ Dormant season care for fruit trees, roses and deciduous shrubs (Season: November – February) ∙ Replacement of annual flowers- twice per year (Flowers cost to be reimbursed) ∙ Tree injections – as needed for bores, or fungus
